I got on the bus after school, i’m in high school, A kid shouted out women don’t have rights in a joking manner I told him to shut up that’t not true. He proceeded to laugh and anther guy asked women have rights? I said yeah and he responded with really? I haven’t seen them. Another added ” That’s not what the constitution says” I was aggrivated but knew there was no way I could change their minds. Yes, it was a joke, but even that they feel like those things are okay to say shows that no one is educated enough about the topic to understand its gravity.
