1) Why do women need to take on their husbands names after marriage? This is such a hassle. Why do we need to change our identity? 2) Why do children take on their fathers’ names when it’s the mothers who carry them for 9 months and go through all the pain?? How can the mother be totally omitted from their identity?? 3) Why do fathers walk their bride down the aisle but not the groom?
