Here are a few of my sad experiences. Firstly everytime I go to a concert someone always gropes me, once, a middle aged man actually kept following me and kept trying to grope me after I moved away and glared at him because he had managed to grope me once. Another time I was in the underground and it was packed and I felt something touch my ass, I thought it might have been this lady going through her purse with her elbow at first, but when I looked for like the third time, I saw a man’s hand quickly retreating. I didn’t say a thing, just moved away because I was about to leave. There was also one time a man groped my ass on the stairs in the underground, I glared, walked away fast, but he followed me and tried to grab me and grope my breasts, I punched him, he said “sorry, you’re just too beautiful”. The worst part was that the place was full of people and not a single one warned me I was being followed by a strange older man. Then there was this once I was sitting waiting for my family near the underground entrance/exit and a man started looking at me and put his hand inside his pants and started masturbating. There was also this guy I liked, that raped me when I was drunk at his birthday party, he was sober. The next day he said he’d never date me because I had been drunk and it gave a bad image of me. Obviously this did not stop him from raping me the night before, just didn’t make me relationship material because I had thrown up and passed out at his party. And don’t even get me started on all the cat calls men feel entitled to make at me. Then people wonder why I have social anxiety that almost became agoraphobia (for about 2 years I was barely able to leave my house) and why I have to take pills to be able to go out to classes and to have a “normal” life.
