“Formal attire” is one of the top reasons I don’t go to dances. I just don’t like wearing dresses, but everyone’s so shocked when I say I wouldn’t even wear one to a formal dance, so I’m scared of going because I will either be super uncomfortable in a dress or people will think I’m weird because I don’t wear a dress (unless I lie and pretend I’m a lesbian, then it’s normal again)
