I work in higher education. The other day, my boss (the assistant Dean) refered to a department made up as primarily women as ” a bunch of Barbie’s”. When I objected, he replied ” what? I would call a bunch of men Ken’s”.
This person with a PhD, doesn’t get it.I am looking for another job.
