The subcontractors who build on my site refer to me repeatedly as ‘girl’. The subcontractor I pay, also bullied me by saying I don’t have experience in construction so I don’t know what I am doing.
This is everyday sexism for you. I assure you, no man has ever been called ‘boy’ and told him he does not have construction experience by the builder hired to do his fucking job.
