I have recently moved to uni where I have been based in the city centre, and I have noticed an increase in men making me feel uncomfortable, however it is still nothing new. Most days, if not serval times a day I am not honked at by men out of their vehicles, catcalled, and leered at with a disgustingly creepy smiles as I am walking to uni. It frustrates me as they just drive off, no consequnce endured. However, as it is usally vans that are on their way to a job (tradesman, labourers) during the day, I have started making a note of their company displayed on their van. From now on I will be contacting their company or writing a review of their disgusting behaviour (annonymously, for my safety). They do not have to get away with it, and I will not stay silent and feel like I have no power or control of the situation. I am so so sick of it.
