My ex was known to routinely spout the nonsense thought that “women. They only want men to live off their money instead of earning their own. You can’t trust any of them and relationships are a waste of time”. This coming from a man who had no experience at all of being in a relationship prior to me and who, when we were in a relationship, sponged off me financially for most of his expenses while throwing a hissy fit any time I so much as asked him to pick me up a 99c can of coke from the shop using his own money. Any money he DID have came from his parents or government grants, while I worked at an actual job for mine.
This hypocrisy in mind, one of his favourite topics to rant about was how all women are inherently incapable of being logical.
